What the atlas traces

A short public key to the instrument. Enough to understand the reading; not enough to copy the workshop.

T1–T6 → one number → four inks

Every country is read through six T-layers: T1 identity · T2 economy · T3 politics · T4 events · T5 information · T6 society. CassandrIA compresses the reading into a 0–100 pressure score and four bands:

calm < 55
watch 55–65
pre-crisis 65–80
crisis ≥ 80

The same recipe runs on today’s data and on the archives back to 1946. That is the value: a country can be compared with its own past, and with everyone else’s, without changing the meter.

Confidence is part of the datum

Public pages show the layer, the band and the usable reading. Full professional work keeps the audit trail, source policy and delivery packet behind the counter. The World Tension Index is the share of countries currently in orange or red band, compared against the historical film.

The Oracle is present, not pushed

Behind the atlas there is an Oracle: sealed, timed, and judged in public. Its verdict date is 8 October 2026. Until then the business product remains past and present only. The Oracle can be visited, but it is not sold as forecast, signal, advice or action.

What we deliberately do not do

No live forecast values on any public surface. No recommendations, sizing, direction or action selection (that is what Cassandria Signal and Cassandria Action would be — both currently off, behind governance we have not cleared). See the policies.
