These plain-language policies apply as published on this site. We may update them as the service evolves, subject to applicable law and any notice required by our terms.

1 · Disclaimer — no advice

Cassandria provides descriptive and historical analytics derived from public and licensed sources. Data, scores, bands and dossiers may contain errors, omissions, delays and later revisions. They are not financial, investment, political, security, legal or operational advice, and Cassandria does not recommend any action.

The World Tension Index and all bands are descriptive readings of the current distribution, not predictions. No content on this site is a forecast offered for sale.

2 · Publication & client policy

  • Data layer. CassandrIA combines public, licensed and proprietary processing layers. Public pages disclose the class of reading, not the wiring.
  • Coverage & revisions. Core countries carry the densest coverage. Thin areas are not padded; they are handled inside the professional packet.
  • Research consent (FW-003). Client questions never enter the research registry without explicit opt-in consent and de-identification. Consent defaults to off.
  • Deliverables. Paid work ships as a Signed Delivery Packet: capabilities used, a source-policy snapshot, the disclaimer, and an optional hash.

3 · Dual-use policy

  • Review gate (FW-004). Requests from state actors touching sensitive event classes — mass protest, lethal repression — require a documented internal compliance review before any engagement. Acceptance is never guaranteed.
  • What we will not build. No recommendations, sizing, direction or action selection (FW-005). Cassandria Signal and Cassandria Action are off, behind governance not yet cleared.
  • Fail-closed. Unknown, missing or conflicting capability status is treated as denied (FW-006).
